Guest accessGuests have access to all inside and outside space of the villa, open space living room, 3 bedrooms ,3 bathrooms, a land of 700 square meters, 1 private heated pool with children section, the heated Jacuzzi Tub, Private parking space, garden and many more.

Other things to note

✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive. A briefing and a map of the region will be given to you explaining where to go and what to see, depending on your preferences.
✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival some basic goods await you in the villa.
✔ All expenses and taxes of the Villa for the stay time are included in price.
✔ Heated pool is offered for the months April, May and October. The charge of the pool is included in the booking price.
✔ Free Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling or heating.
✔ Cleaning service is offered every three to four days.
✔ Linen change. Bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh.
✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability.
✔ No pets allowed
✔ Smoking permitted only outdoor spaces
✔ Upon arrival at the villa, we will ask you to present a copy of your passport and fill in the guest form.

The minimum stay for the villa is 5-7 nights

Terms & Policies

A heated pool is offered for the months April, May and October. The charge of the pool is included in the booking price.
To book the villa 35% deposit must be paid.
Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to the arrival day.
Any cancellation less than 30 days prior arrival means 100% cancellation fees.
The balance of 65% is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Balance 65% can be arranged by different payment schedule on request.
On Special Offer prices 100% of the price is due and no cancellation is available.

Based in the famous district of Apokoronas in the Chania region, our villa offers a quiet village environment to their guests. From the small hilltop you will have amazing views from the east and the west, relaxing and enjoying the beautiful landscape of Crete!
In the nearby villages of the area, you will find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and many more!
The famous resort of Georgioupolis with the amazing north coast SANDY BEACH is only 5 km away (5min drive) where you can find everything you may need for having some amazing holidays. Vryses village with more shops and taverns is also very close (5min drive).
