The modern L-shaped sofa with the elegant, wooden coffee table, the 65" LCD Smart TV, with Netflix, DVD player and PS4 VR console will offer you the ultimate comfort on your short breaks from sunbathing in the pool area! The modern fireplace, the unique design of the furnishing and the special masterpieces in the decoration, make the open plan space an oasis of elegance, coziness and luxury! The impressive "pine cone" light, hanging from the ceiling gives a unique character to the space!
Cooking in the airy, minimal kitchen with all modern appliances and automated functions, will be an unforgettable experience, which will become even more stronger when you gather with your family around the long, handmade, wooden dining table and taste your delicacies, accompanied with the amazing setting of the nature, the view of the luxurious pool area, the sea breeze and the sunlight, getting through the large balcony doors!
In the same floor, we find three bedrooms, each one with view to the pool area, unique character and special decoration.
The Master bedroom impress us at first sight, with its super modern design, luxury and ultimate comfort! A king size bed with anatomic mattress and pillows, an LCD TV, a glass made shower cabinet for two persons with hydro-jet towers next to the bed, a round grand bath, facing the wonderful view, access to a furnished balcony, an en-suite bathroom with toilette and sink. A separate space, designed as a boudoir, equipped with styling stuff, a large mirror and a closet! This bedroom is designed and decorated to make your nights unforgettable!

Ground Floor
The ground floor of the villa hosts the rest six bedrooms. Four of them are separated into two independent, fully furnished and equipped apartments (two bedrooms in each apartment) with separate entrances from the main one. Both apartments boast an open plan space with a living room, dining area, kitchen, a full bathroom and two bedrooms. Comfortable sofas, vintage style coffee and dining tables, LCD TVs and A/C in the open plan space, fully equipped, spacious kitchens in vivid colors offer to the guests the relaxation they need and a hospitable atmosphere, in ultimate comfort.
All bedrooms feature king-size beds, bedside tables and mirror commodes, large closets, beautiful paintings and decorative items, bringing the summer directly into your room! The bathrooms are equipped with a sink, toilette, spacious bath with shower and washing machine!
Both apartments feature wall to wall glass doors, offering access to the pool and one of the terraces of the villa, furnished with a super modern swing, a hammock and a dining table! A table football is also placed on the terrace to offer you some moments of fun, on your breaks from swimming and sunbathing!
On the ground floor are also situated two more en-suite Master bedrooms with king-size beds, as well as the indoor sauna for up to 6 guests: an extra benefit that you will find only in a few villas and it will offer you unique moments of relaxation!
