The main entrance of the villa leads us to the pool level, with a super modern kitchen, an elegant living room and a wooden dining table, all spaces offering unparalleled views and pool access through wall-to-wall balcony doors. The modern leather-made sitting furniture, with the LCD Smart TV, with DVD player and Bose sound system, will offer you the ultimate comfort on your short breaks from sunbathing in the pool area, hanging over the sea!

Cooking in the airy, minimal kitchen with all modern appliances and automated functions, will be an unforgettable experience, which will become even more stronger when you gather with your family around the big dining table and taste your delicacies, accompanied with the amazing setting that the nature has created in this side of Crete!

At the same level, we find 1 en-suite bedroom, with access to the pool area and, at the upper level, 3 more en-suite bedrooms, with access to terraces overlooking the sea! All bedrooms feature a unique character, special design and wall-to-wall balcony doors with unparalleled views!

The bedroom features a king size Dunlopillo mattress (160*210*21 cm) and direct access to the pool area! An impressive stone-made wall leads to a wellness shower. The ultimate luxury and comfort guarantee a high-quality sleeping experience!

First Floor

Up to the first level, the Master bedroom features a king size bed and super anatomic Dunlopillo mattress (170*200*21 cm). What makes this bedroom the “Master” one, in addition to the large space, is the freestanding bathtub assuring a unique bathing experience thanks to an unequalled sea view.

The second bedroom also offers a fantastic sea-view and access to the upper floor terrace. It comprises 2 beds with high-end Morpheus mattresses (90*200 cm). The guests of this bedroom are served by a wellness shower, split from the room by an impressive glass brick wall. At night, the illuminated designer's bedside tables assure a unique sight!

The third bedroom with a king size Morpheus mattress (160*200 cm) offers a unique view of the sea, the wild landscape and the White Mountains! The design of this bedroom is unique, as it features an en-suite modern sink and a snail-shaped wellness shower with 6 jets.

In the same level, a second living room with wall-to-wall balcony doors offers access to the upper terrace with the most breath-taking view you have ever seen! It comprises a flatscreen TV with Playstation 3 and 20 games of any kind, as well as a library with English, French and German books. The room can be completely closed by a massive wooden sliding door, so as to be used as a proper fifth bedroom with 2 comfortable sofa beds.

Outdoor Layout

In addition to the luxury of the interior, the exterior spaces present a really high value in this villa. The 50 sq.m. infinity heated pool (heating is included in the price) and the 30 sq.m. The sunbathing area around, with stylish wooden sunbeds in the embrace of the endless blue, will be your heaven paradise! If you prefer the fresh sea to the cozy pool, take the rocky pathway to the sea and enjoy a salty swim in complete privacy.

 The furnished terraces of the villa are offered to you to enjoy your branch on sunny mornings or a cocktail during the sunset!
