Set in a fully private plot, surrounded by lush trees, and close to a lovely stream running in the winter, the brand new two-level villa Nature boasts a luxurious interior with comfortable and airy spaces, modern furnishing, and all the amenities of a contemporary holiday home. All indoor spaces are constructed with brand new materials, boasting luxury and absolute comfort, essential elements for restful and relaxing holidays! The grand heated pool with children's section, the shaded patio with dining area and BBQ facilities, the modern sunbeds and the wonderful garden with various plants and flower beds will make your outdoor living memorable!

Indoor Layout

Ground Floor

On the ground floor, the grand open living room with brand new comfortable furnishing, HD TV, wonderful views of the lush garden and the pool through the large balcony doors, Air Conditioning and Wi-Fi connection will be an "oasis" when you want to have a break from swimming and suntanning!

The bright kitchen with dining table offers the necessary culinary equipment, pantry items and tableware, as well as brand new electrical appliances in order to be functional and ready to host your cooking attempts.
A modern full shower bathroom is located at the open plan space for even more comfort!

First Floor

Two spacious and bright king-size bedrooms are hosted on the first floor, boasting modern decoration and unique facilities which will make you feel exactly like being at home. Brand-new comfortable mattresses and linen, Air Conditioning units, HD TVs, en-suite modern bathrooms with shower cabins and all necessary toiletries, closets and big windows offering amazing views of the mountains and the lush vegetation.

Outdoor Layout

The exterior of villa Nature has been taken care of in every detail, with various furnished spots, so you can enjoy the hot sun, the fairytale views and the refreshing mountain breeze throughout the day!

The spacious shaded patio with a long wooden handmade dining table offers BBQ, wood oven and external kitchen, so you can gather with your family and prepare unique meals any time of the day!
Swim in the grand heated pool with children's section, relax and enjoy the warm sun on the modern sunbeds, listen to the sounds of the nature and let the children play on the lawn and explore the lush garden in absolute safety and privacy!

Strolling the exceptionally beautiful paths in the nature, leading to a nearby passing stream in the winter, and visiting the popular resort of Kalyves (5 min. by car) with the long sandy beach, bars, taverns, super markets, and all kind of shops will offer you incomparable views and memorable holiday memories with your beloved family members.

Guest accessGuests have access to all inside and outside spaces of the two-floor villa, an open plan living room, 2 en-suite bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private heated pool with children's section, BBQ and wood oven, external kitchen, garden and many more.

Other things to note

✔ Self check-in is available with a lockbox (we will send you further details closer to your arrival). Physical check-in option is upon request. A briefing and a map of the region will be given to you explaining where to go and what to see, depending on your preferences.
✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival some basic goods await you in the villa.
✔ The cost of the heated pool for the months April-May & October is included in the booking price. For summer period, there is an additional cost of 40 euro and advance notice is required.
✔ For winter reservations only, central heating is upon request, with extra charge. The woods for the fireplace are offered for free.
✔ All other expenses and taxes of the Villa for the stay time are included in price.
✔ Free Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling or heating.
✔ Mid-cleaning is offered for reservations of at least 6 nights.
✔ Linen change, bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh, for reservations of at least 6 nights.
✔ Pool maintenance every 3-4 days.
✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability.
✔ No pets allowed
✔ Smoking permitted only outdoor spaces
✔ Upon arrival at the villa, we will ask you to present a copy of your passport and fill in the guest form.

Terms & Policies

To book the villa 35% deposit must be paid.
Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to the arrival day.
Any cancellation less than 30 days prior arrival means 100% cancellation fees.
The balance of 65% is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Balance 65% can be arranged by different payment schedule on request.
On Special Offer prices 100% of the price is due and no cancellation is available.

The popular resort area of Kalyves, with the crystal clear sandy beach, is only 5 min. by car from the villa. Many cafes, restaurants and bars exist in the resort area, with 5-star hotels, shops, groceries, super markets, ready to serve you and help you have some amazing holidays. Popular taverns, serving local Cretan dishes are in close distance in the villages around.

Entertainment is something you won't miss, as numerous bars, beach bars and evening fun exists in the village! Walking along the beach, as well as running, exercising, cycling, water sports and many more activities will not allow you to get bored in any way, on your holidays!

Getting around

A car is necessary for a stay at the villa!
Only 25 min. from Chania city and the Famous Venetian Old town and Port, offering a wide choice of activities for all ages. Bars, cafes, restaurants shops, museums, many archaeological sites. Enjoying the promenade in the old Town of Chania will be unforgettable and the reason that makes all visitors wish to return one day to see it again.
Near to the famous cities of Chania, Rethymno and Georgioupolis for great night and day entertainment but the most important with easy access to the motorway for the most famous sandy beaches of Balos lagoon, Falasarna , Elafonisi and many more.

Sandy famous tropical beaches, many stony scenery smaller ones, little villages, great entertainment places all around the region and most of all friendly people with a great hospitality spirit of Greece makes our place a small paradise you will never forget. The famous sandy beaches of Balos lagoon, Gramvousa island, Falassarna and Elafonisi , on the West Crete are places you Must visit on your holidays. Amazing crystal waters in a daily excursion away from all, will surprise you and make you like to stay and enjoy the best sunset in the Mediterranean with the sun going into the sea, giving us a spectacular and colorful sunset, we could never forget!

The capital Chania City is connected with all major cities of Crete by the national road, the nearest harbor is Souda (5 km) and the nearest airport is Chania Daskalogiannis Airport with code name CHQ (10 km). Heraklion International airport with the code name HER is also convenient (140km).
