Indoor Layout

Entering the villa, you will find a comfy and luxuriant living room with an open-plan kitchen and a spacious dining area. The villa will impress you from the first moment, will easily earn your attention with its spaces and make you feel just like home.

Large and modern designed L-sofa, in accordance with the modern fully equipped kitchen and the grand wooden dinner table will fulfill all your expectations of luxury holidays. The TV of 50’’ with free NETFLIX, the Wi-Fi in all area among with the spectacular view of the open 6.5m glass window area, will make your stay perfect and memorable.

Moving inside the villa, you observe a minimal but also modern designed first bedroom with king-size comfort anatomic mattress with the En-Suit Bathroom, the open big closet, and the individual Air-conditioning system in combination with the easy access to all exterior areas and the pool are advantages you make your holidays magical.
All villa is simply one-level.

The super modern bathroom with the shower cabin and the luxurious marble washing basin will give you the sense of luxuriant.

The second bedroom with the two single beds that can also become a king-size bed, with super anatomic mattresses, open closet, air conditioning and easy access to the garden and the pool area. Just wake up in the morning and run for a refreshing jump into the swimming pool.
The extra fifth guest can be accommodated in this room by providing an extra bed on request.

Outdoor Layout

The garden area with the Private pool will be your all-day relaxation. The crystal clear large 40 sq.m pool with children section will be your refreshing point and sunbeds with umbrellas as well as and the two poufs will let you sunbathe under the sun of the Greek Islands.

Living the majestic nights at the Cretan landscape with the amazing lighting of the villa in the evening will move your senses to an incredible relaxation and calmness, all the villa architecture offers. Just prepare a cocktail and enjoy it in one of the villa’s spots.

The portable charcoal BBQ will be a challenge for the best Chef of the guest's company in order to prepare a lovely meal at the outdoor dining area under the pergola and take the credits of a lovely night.

The Villa has parking space on premises for two cars and you will feel safe and comfortable.

The area is a famous resort for holidays offering many walking paths to explore the Cretan nature and breath the fresh air of the Countryside. The village of Maza, in walking distance, offers a famous traditional tavern you will find in many guides due to the quality of its menu.

The Famous Sandy Beach of Georgioupolis, only 10 min drive from the villa, will be your favorite spot for all day relaxation in a resort with many taverns, shops, and nightlife!

Guest access

Guests have access to all inside and outside spaces of the villa, an open plan living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a private heated pool with children's section, playground, outdoor kitchen, BBQ (charcoal) private parking space, garden and many more.

Other things to note

✔ Heated pool is offered for the months April, May and October. The charge of the pool for these months is included in the booking price.
✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive. A briefing and a map of the region will be given to you explaining where to go and what to see, depending on your preferences.
✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival some basic goods await you in the villa.
✔ All expenses and taxes of the Villa for the stay time are included in price.
✔ Free Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling or heating.
✔ Cleaning service is offered every 3-4 days.
✔ Linen change. Bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh.
✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability.
✔ No pets allowed
✔ Smoking permitted only outdoor spaces
✔ Upon arrival at the villa, we will ask you to present a copy of your passport and fill in the guest form.

To book the villa 35% deposit must be paid.
Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to the arrival day.
Any cancellation less than 30 days prior arrival means 100% cancellation fees.
The balance of 65% is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Balance 65% can be arranged by different payment schedule on request.

The famous resort of Georgioupolis with the amazing north coast SANDY BEACH is only 5 km away (5min drive) where you can find everything you may need for having some amazing holidays. Vryses village with more shops and taverns is also very close (5min drive).

A car is necessary for a stay at the villa!
Only 15 min from Chania city and the Famous Venetian Old town and Port, offering a wide choice of activities for all ages. Bars, cafes, restaurants shops, museums, many archaeological sites. Enjoying the promenade in the old Town of Chania will be unforgettable and the reason that makes all visitors wish to return one day to see it again.
Near to the famous cities of Chania, Rethymno and Georgioupolis for great night and day entertainment but the most important with easy access to the motorway for the most famous sandy beaches of Balos lagoon, Falasarna , Elafonisi and many more.

Sandy famous tropical beaches, many stony scenery smaller ones, little villages, great entertainment places all around the region and most of all friendly people with a great hospitality spirit of Greece makes our place a small paradise you will never forget. The famous sandy beaches of Balos lagoon, Gramvousa island, Falassarna and Elafonisi , on the West Crete are places you Must visit on your holidays. Amazing crystal waters in a daily excursion away from all, will surprise you and make you like to stay and enjoy the best sunset in the Mediterranean with the sun going into the sea, giving us a spectacular and colorful sunset, we could never forget!
