WELCOME TO OUR LUXURY VILLA WITH A HEATED POOL AND JET/TUB FOR SUPERB HOLIDAYS.

Our VILLA is sited in the hillside of the beautiful village of Afrata surrounded by olive trees with spectacular views of the east and the sea, only 1 min by the beach and close to all the famous beaches of Chania.

A perfect escape for those who seek privacy, comfort and relaxation. Our main concern is to offer the quests that trust VILLA GEORGIA for spending their precious vacations, the best we can.

What we are seeking in the places we visit: high quality and aesthetics in harmony with the natural environment and above all a homey feeling. Spacious and Light interiors, well comfortable designed rooms and spectacular exterior facilities and accommodations in our 300 square meter garden with the grass. Privacy and safety will make your stays unique and memorable.

New and Luxury, with high quality services our villa has 3 bedrooms (1 en-suit) and 3 bathrooms fully equipped like all modern houses, is ready to accommodate all kind of companies.
Families, Friends, and Couples will all feel comfortable in their stay. Friends of up to seven people, of any age, can easily enjoy their holidays with comfort. Couples or Families with any ages of children, even with babies, can easily accommodate with the different kind of bedrooms. The Play room has access to the garden for easy supervision to the children.
In the ground floor, the big Suite bedroom (55 sqm) with sitting room and bathroom has also separate access to the garden and to the house, is spacious, compound like a standalone Suite and can easily accommodate separate couples or even grandparents.
Our Private Heated Pool is new with contemporary filter system safe and granite porcelain tiles for maximum hygiene. With a great size of 8×4 m, max depth 1.5 m and a very nice and useful children's section which can be turned into a Jet-Spa pool, ensures you all the pleasure you may seek in your holidays.
Near to the famous cities of Chania, Platanias and Kolympari for GREAT night entertainment but the most important with easy access to the way for the most famous sandy beaches of Balos lagoon, Falasarna , Elafonisi and many more.

Accommodation in the villa!!!The three bedrooms, one en-suit and the three bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi hot tubes with all the other living areas of the house in a space of 160 square meters will give you the luxury you may need for your holidays. Grand terraces, verandas, garden with grass, BBQ, patio, Pergola with exterior kitchen, brand equipment and many more will give you the feeling of luxury every moment. Wonderful views from all balconies and verandas will lead your eyes and your mind to peaceful moments, exactly what you must find on your holidays.

All three bedrooms are comfortable designed with new furniture, king size beds, high quality mattresses, fully air-conditioned and heated separately, have Led flat TV with satellite channels, with large closets and private balconies with panoramic view to the mountain and the sea.

The Living room and Dining area are fully furnished, have Smart 48 "LCD TV, with free NETFLIX and satellite channels, a fireplace, a comfortable dining table and a modern relaxing Sofas to enjoy your time in the TV. All living areas are air-conditioned.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, cutlery, tableware, glassware, cooking utensils and many more.

The Play room and the Study room are surely one advantage you can't find anywhere. A PC with printer, books, Collection of DVD's and CD's, PLAYSTATION 3 with games will fill in your children's time.

The Garden with the grass will amaze you! The exterior kitchen with the BBQ and the pergola with the patio furniture, sofas and dining table offers great advantages! Grand Private Heated Pool and children section with the Jet tub, the pergola, the sunbeds and the parasol will let you relax and enjoy the suntan. Surely is going to be every guest's, best place!

Included services

Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive. A briefing and a map of the region will be given to you explaining how to go and what to see depending on your tastes.
All expenses and taxes of Villa Georgia for the stay time are included in price.
Free Wi-Fi, free NETFLIX, computer, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning, woods for the fireplace on winter reservations.
A welcome pack. Upon arrival some basic goods will await you in the villa.
A heated pool is included in the price for April, May, October. On summer months no heating needed!
A cleaning service is offered every three or four days.
Linen change. Bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh.

Private transfer from/to airports and ports.
Car or Van rentals.
Pre-arrival grocery shopping.
Boat trip.
Central heating on winter reservations. The fee for the central heating is 250 euro/week.
Cultural visits to all Cretan places of interest and archaeological places, with qualified guides.
Sailing in the gulf of Chania with skipper specialist.
Diving excursions or Diving lessons of all levels.
Taste Special Cretan or Greek foods just cooked for you.
Daily maid and cleaning service.

Special offers

10% discount for reservations of 2023 season, made until 31 Dec 2022.
Extra 5% discount for one payment reservation at any time.
5% discount for last-minute reservations, 5 days prior to arrival.

Terms & Policies

A heated pool is included in the price for April, May, October.
To book the villa 35% deposit must be paid.
Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to the arrival day.
Any cancellation less than 30 days prior arrival means 100% cancellation fees.
The balance of 65% is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Balance 65% can be arranged by different payment schedule on request.
To book the villa a damage deposit of 500euro is required in cash at the check in.
On Special Offer prices 100% of the price is due and no cancellation is available.

Villa Georgia is sited in the hillside of the small village of Afrata in the north coast of the region of Chania Surrounded by olive trees with great views the mountain and the sea just one minute by the beautiful beach.
Only 5 minutes from the town of Kolimpari where you can find your shopping and 15 minutes from the famous Platanias where you can find everything you like for the evening entertainment. The capital Chania City is only 8 km by the national road, the nearest harbor is Souda (5 km) and the nearest airport is Chania Daskalogiannis Airport with code name CHQ (10 km). Heraklion airport with code name HER is also convenient (140 km) .
