The space

The Luxury Seafront Villa Shore, with complete privacy and the Aegean Architectural design is sited in the village of Tersanas, just on the sea edge, offering guests amazing panoramic views of the amazing blue waters of the Greek Ocean. Grand outdoor areas, gardens with herbs or grass and the amazing colorful sunrises and sunsets will lead you to the relaxation you seek for your holidays!
The private land of 2000 square meters, private parking for many cars and the wild surrounding area will give you freedom on your holidays. Enjoy some wonderful holiday or family parties of any kind will make your holidays memorable!
A pool area with the grand 50 square meters crystal pool, sunbeds and umbrellas, a covered pergola area with an external diner table and BBQ will be the best spots on your holidays. The sea-front pergola with the amazing view of the sea and the ability to enjoy staying outside all day long and enjoying the view of the Sea & Sun will impress you.

Indoor Layout

The villa is arranged on three different levels offering a variety of 7 different types of bedrooms. All bedrooms are with En-suite bathrooms, arranged as twin or double, family suite and separate apartment, giving the flexibility to all kind of companies to enjoy their stay!
Families, Friends, and Couples will all feel comfortable in their stay. Any group of up to 14 guests, of any age, can easily enjoy their holidays comfortably.

On the mid level of the villa the open space living room with the two bedrooms will offer guests luxuriant and comfort, with many balconies and wonderful views of the sea and the wild landscape. The large open space living room with the dinner area and the full equipped kitchen, the comfortable sofas, the minimal and luxury decoration, the dinner table the Smart satellite TV, full air-conditioning system to all spaces and many more amenities will give you all the comfort and the relaxation you may need.
The two En-suite bedrooms are similar type, offering super anatomic mattresses, Smart TV, air-conditioning and Shower cabinet with Jet in the bathrooms.
In the balcony of the living room the view enjoying a drink will just impress you!

The upper level of the villa accommodates the master bedroom with the en-suite bathroom and the grand terrace with the 360° view. The En-suite bedroom with the king size bed and the amazing view, offers super anatomic mattresses, Smart TV, air-conditioning and Jacuzzi bathtub for great relaxation after a busy day!

At the Pool level you can find four other bedrooms of the villa arranged with different types of accommodation such as a Family Suite and a Separate apartment, all with easy and direct access to the garden and the pool.
The Family Suite is large, consisting of two bedrooms with small living room, En-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, Smart TV, full air- conditioning and luxury super anatomic mattresses for great relaxation.
The Apartment offers in advance the small kitchen area, a very useful amenity for the BBQ nights as you can have a refrigerator and a kitchen to prepare your meals in short distance from the outdoor dining area. The bedrooms are En-suite, offering all the comforts of all the other bedrooms of the villa!

Guest accessGuests have access to all inside and outside space of the villa, an open space living room, 7 bedrooms with En-suite bathrooms ,6 bathrooms, a land of 2000 square meters, 1 private pool. Private parking space, BBQ, many balconies, terraces, garden and many more.

Other things to note

✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive. A briefing and a map of the region will be given to you explaining where to go and what to see, depending on your preferences.
✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival some basic goods await you in the villa.
✔ All expenses and taxes of the Villa for the stay time are included in price.
✔ Heated pool is offered for the months April, May and October. The charge of the pool is included in the booking price.
✔ Free Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling or heating.
✔ Cleaning service is offered every three to four days.
✔ Linen change. Bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh.
✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability.
✔ No pets allowed
✔ Smoking permitted only outdoor spaces
✔ Upon arrival at the villa, we will ask you to present a copy of your passport and fill in the guest form.

To book the villa 35% deposit must be paid.
Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to the arrival day
Any cancellation less than 30 days prior arrival means 100% cancellation fees.
The balance of 65% is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Balance 65% can be arranged by different payment schedule on request.
On Special Offer prices 100% of the price is due and no cancellation is available.

Old port of Chania is surely one of the most visited places on the island, build by the Venetians with trademark the Egyptian lighthouse in the entrance of the port. Many museums, churches, Byzantine monasteries, Minoan ruins are some of the attractions and places of interest near the city.

Sited in the Akrotiri Cape Area, one of the most popular destination areas i Crete is a Unique advantage you will never forget.
Area offers many Sandy beaches in 5min drive with the most famous of Kalathas and Stavros with the two famous beaches of the "Lagoon" and the "Ocean". Swimming experience in all these organized beaches with umbrellas and sunbeds, snack bars, and soft music bars will make your all day stay at the beach necessary. Seitan Beach will be an amazing adventure swimming experience for young people, as you will need a 10 min hike in the mountain to revel it.

Many Supermarkets, cafes, shops, taverns and restaurants are presented in the area which is a part of the Akrotiri cape with major town of Kounoupidiana (5km,10min) where you can find anything you like for your holidays. Moreover, all kinds of shops, supermarkets, grocery, taverns, butchers, banks, post, doctor, dentist, pharmacy and many more exist there.

Many more sandy beaches are within a very short drive time distance where you can also enjoy the landscape of Crete!

Getting around

A car is necessary for a stay at the villa!
Only 20 min from Chania city and the Famous Venetian Old town and Port, offering a wide choice of activities for all ages. Bars, cafes, restaurants shops, museums, many archaeological sites. Enjoying the promenade in the old Town of Chania will be unforgettable and the reason that makes all visitors wish to return one day to see it again.
The capital Chania City is connected with all major cities of Crete by the national road, the nearest harbor is Souda (5 km) and the nearest airport is Chania Daskalogiannis Airport with code name CHQ (10 km). Heraklion airport with code name HER is also convenient (140km).
