Indoor Layout

Located on the second floor of a two - floor building, the single level apartment offers a living space of 160 sq.m. ready to host 6 guests.
The open space living room is airy and minimal, inviting you to spend endless hours of rest from the hot sun, on a super comfortable L-shaped sofa and elegant armchairs and enjoy unique facilities: a flat screen 50" TV with satellite channels, air-conditioning, fast Wi-Fi connection in all spaces, a a variety of books and a wonderful view of the lush nature from the big balcony doors!

The kitchen, with a spacious dining table, is located in the same space, with plenty of space, all the necessary electrical appliances, cooking equipment, pantry items and tableware to prepare any meal you wish! A spacious dining table is placed in the same space.
From the living room, you can access the balcony, furnished also with a modern dining table, a modern swing, two sofas and a coffee table. Either you enjoy an outdoor family meal or your morning coffee or drink, you will smell the sea breeze and the fresh oxygen form the surrounding vegetation!

Three spacious bedrooms with big closets, air conditioning units and modern decoration will offer you absolute comfort. The Master bedroom with king-size anatomic mattress and double pillows offers access to a lovely balcony with sea view!
The second bedroom, also with a king-size bed, double pillows and high quality linen offers an en-suite bathroom with shower!
The third bedroom with two single beds offers direct access to the spacious balcony of the open plan space!

The apartment boasts two spacious bathrooms, fully equipped with all necessary toiletries. The Master one, has a big bathtub, bidet and washing machine, while the second one, attached to the second bedroom, offers a shower.

Outdoor Layout

In addition to the lovely balconies, the guests of the apartment have the chance to enjoy the unique roof garden, accessed by internal stairs.

A circular built-in sofa, two small dining tables, a coffee table with modern chairs, an outdoor shower and a charcoal BBQ are offered to enjoy special family gatherings and get impressed from the incomparable views of the sandy coves, the lush nature, the mountains, the resorts of the area and the "Thodorou" island!
Luxury sunbeds with a big parasol are also placed at this space, for endless sunbathing under the warm sun of Crete!

Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to the arrival day.
Any cancellation less than 30 days prior arrival means 100% cancellation fees.
The balance of 65% is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.

Old port of Chania is surely one of the most visited places on the island, build by the Venetians with trademark the Egyptian lighthouse in the entrance of the port. Many museums, churches, Byzantine monasteries, Minoan ruins are some of the attractions and places of interest near the city.

The apartment is sited in the resort area of Agii Apostoli, only 10 min. drive from Chania center! The picturesque, sandy coves of Agii Apostoli, only 5 min. walking distance from the apartment, organized with sunbeds and small beach bars, will offer you all day relaxation at the beach! The highlight of the area is the big park, with trees, a kids playground and several resting points, offered for morning and evening walks! Two big super markets, mini markets, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants and all kind of shops are offered also in walking distance!

In other 10 - 15 min. drive, you can reach the seaside resorts of Agia Marina and Platanias, with more beaches, restaurants, shops and an intense nightlife, you will never forget!

A car is necessary for a stay at the apartment!
Only 10 min from Chania city and the Famous Venetian Old town and Port, offering a wide choice of activities for all ages. Bars, cafes, restaurants shops, museums, many archaeological sites. Enjoying the promenade in the old Town of Chania will be unforgettable and the reason that makes all visitors wish to return one day to see it again.
Near to the famous cities of Chania, Rethymno and Georgioupolis for great night and day entertainment but the most important with easy access to the motorway for the most famous sandy beaches of Balos lagoon, Falasarna , Elafonisi and many more.

Sandy famous tropical beaches, many stony scenery smaller ones, little villages, great entertainment places all around the region and most of all friendly people with a great hospitality spirit of Greece makes our place a small paradise you will never forget. The famous sandy beaches of Balos lagoon, Gramvousa island, Falassarna and Elafonisi , on the West Crete are places you Must visit on your holidays. Amazing crystal waters in a daily excursion away from all, will surprise you and make you like to stay and enjoy the best sunset in the Mediterranean with the sun going into the sea, giving us a spectacular and colorful sunset, we could never forget!

The capital Chania City is connected with all major cities of Crete by the national road, the nearest harbor is Souda (5 km) and the nearest airport is Chania Daskalogiannis Airport with code name CHQ (10 km). Heraklion International airport with the code name HER is also convenient (140km).
