The impressive two-story villa of 190 sq.m. in Armenoi village, spread in two levels, boasting spacious exteriors with pool area, and many furnished spots, offering unforgettable views of the Cretan wild landscape. The four bedrooms with the four en-suite bathrooms promise the ultimate comfort and restfulness we all seek on our holidays. The village as a part of the grand resort area of kalyves offers taverns, minimarkets and cafes within a short walking distance from the villa. Kalyves Resort, with its famous sandy beach, accommodates many fish-restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets and all you may seek to fulfill your expectations for superb holidays.

Main Floor

As we reach the 1000sq.m plot, we realize that we are in a luxurious villa, with a unique traditional character! Entering the main entrance of Villa Riza, on the first floor, we are in an open plan space with a spacious living room and a modern, contemporary kitchen. The beautiful arches, the soft colors, the artifacts of Cretan art and the minimal, modern style, blended with vintage touches are the features that make the space an "oasis" of relaxation!

The long, L-shaped sofa, the LCD Satellite Smart TV of 55", and the A/C system promise to your favorite spot on your breaks from swimming and sunbathing under the hot sun!
The airy and bright kitchen, with a wooden dining table designed to comfortably seat up to 8 guests in retro-modern style and a wine cooler, offers all necessary and contemporary appliances to the cook or cooks of the party to create favorite recipes and enjoy them around the dining table!

Alternatively, you may choose to have your meal on the paved veranda, accessed from this level. The big dining table for eight guests under the contemporary pergola, where every meal is accompanied by the awe-inspiring backdrop of the endless blue of Almyrida Bay, will compose unique views, moments and memories for your friends or your family!

The main floor hosts two bedrooms that have been crafted to provide the ultimate comfort and relaxation. Outfitted with luxurious COCO-MAT mattresses, lush robes, and slippers, every detail has been carefully considered to create a serene retreat. The one bedroom features a double size bed (1.40x2.00), big closet, A/C, a 32’’ Smart TV and an En-suite bathroom with stand-up shower cabinet. The Second bedroom in the same level of the villa, features a double size bed (1.50x2.00), big closet, A/C and an En-suite bathroom with stand-up shower cabinet. Both bedrooms have direct access to the pool area.

First Floor

Ascending the staircase up to the first floor, we find a third King size bedroom (1.60×2.00), with En-suite shower bathroom, A/C, big closet bright colors and a 43” Smart Satellite TV! In case you have some work to catch up on during your stay, in this bedroom a dedicated desk exists.  Step out onto your private balcony of this bedroom and enjoy a glass of wine peacefully.! Moving to the fourth bedroom, we find two Twin size beds (0.90x2.00) with En-suite shower bathroom, A/C, big closet and a 33” Smart Satellite TV!

A delightful surprise awaits the guests of this floor: a Jacuzzi placed at the Rooftop,  offers moments of unique pleasure, accompanied with the magic view of the Cretan countryside, the imposing mountains and Almyrida bay! During sunset time, you will have the chance to enjoy rejuvenating moments gazing at the breathtaking view of the mountains and the enchanting blue of the sea!

Fluffy bathrobes and towels, personal hygiene items and other accessories are offered for free to the guests, as well as high speed Wi-Fi connection through the property. In this floor you will find a utility room with washing machine, for extra comfort.

The highlight of the villa is the BBQ Charcoal area, equipped with a sink and a traditional wooden dining table for 8 guests, just few steps away from the BBQ area!

For your kids, the exterior area provides a playground with a ping-pong and a Score-4 game, where they can spend some carefree moments, while you get to have some time for yourself. 

A stone fence surrounds the villa, offering safety and privacy and there is parking space for 2 cars!

A Unique amenity the villa offers for its guests is that ,around 8.30-09.00 every morning a breakfast basket will be delivered at the villa which  includes some of our traditional delicacies  such as : fresh Cretan orange juice, Cretan yogurt with honey, fresh baked croissants and bread, Sfakiani pita Cretan fruits, jam/cocoa/butter, Traditional homemade bougatsa, Graviera local cheese/ Cretan olives/Paximadi bread.

Villa Riza is a part of the complex Sohora Villas with two twin and independent villas in the Xirosterni Area. Both villas ensuite their own amenities and facilities.

Guests have access to all indoor and outdoor spaces of the villa, including a living room, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a private heated pool, hot tub,  garden and many more.

Other things to note

✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive. A briefing and a map of the region will be given to you explaining where to go and what to see, depending on your preferences.
✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival some basic goods await you in the villa.
✔ All expenses and taxes of the Villa for the stay time are included in price.

✔ Heated pool is offered for the months April, May, September and October. The charge of the pool is 65euro per day.
✔ Free Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling or heating.
✔ Cleaning service is offered every three to four days .
✔ Linen change. Bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh.
✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability.
✔ No pets allowed
✔ Smoking permitted only outdoor spaces
✔ Upon arrival at the villa, we will ask you to present a copy of your passport and fill in the guest form.
