Located on the hilltop of Pines Elounda, this brand-new villa overlooks the Mirabello Bay of Elounda and is one of the very few villas in the area that offers breathtaking views over and above the Kalydon peninsula, to the endless open sea. The state-of-the-art construction is built in typical Cycladic style and immediately immerses you in the most picturesque Greek scenery you can dream of.

The space

Thanks to its 2 separate buildings, the architecture successfully recreates the feeling of traditional Greek towns, with their narrow streets, Cycladic houses and terraces either bathed in the Mediterranean sun or plunged in cool shadowy alleys. If you are looking forward to live the experience of an archetypal Greek holiday whilst enjoying top notch comfort, Ocean Blue VIP Villa is definitely your place to stay.

Indoor Layout

The total interior space extends over 200 sqm, while the outdoor area of 175 sqm offers 7 different spaces, allowing you to get all together on the large terraces or enjoy the calm of several smaller spaces. The main house is composed of a large living room with a panoramic view of Mirabello Bay as well as the pool area, an open plan kitchen, a master bedroom on the ground level and 2 master bedrooms on the first floor. The second building is composed of 2 bedrooms. All 5 bedrooms of course have ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning and offer breathtaking sea views.

Outdoor Layout

The main pool terrace not only comprises a built-in BBQ but also a bar, so you can prepare your favorite cocktails to enjoy in the pool or on the sun loungers, while reading a book or simply enjoying the amazing view towards Spinalonga. The Cycladic infinity pool (heated from October to May) of 60 sq.m assures fun and relaxation for the whole family.

Totally secluded and overlooking the other villas, you will savor full privacy and calm, making up for a perfect romantic or yoga retreat. The villa is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, satellite and Internet TV, washing machine, all kitchen appliances and a library. A JBL Party Box 1000 invites you to relax outdoors listening to your favorite songs, or to party to your favorite music.

Guests have access to all inside and outside space of the villa, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 1 private heated pool, Private parking space, garden and many more.

Other things to note

✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive. A briefing and a map of the region will be given to you explaining where to go and what to see, depending on your preferences.
✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival some basic goods await you in the villa.
✔ All expenses and taxes of the Villa for the stay time are included in price.
✔ Pool heating upon request from October to May at an extra cost of 500 EUR/week.
✔ Free Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling or heating.
✔ Cleaning service is offered every three days.
✔ Linen change. Bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh.
✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability.
✔ No pets allowed
✔ Smoking permitted only outdoor spaces
✔ Upon arrival at the villa, we will ask you to present a copy of your passport and fill in the guest form.

Minimum stay policy

The minimum stay for the villa is 5-7 nights

Terms & Policies

Pool heating upon request from October to May at an extra cost of 500 EUR/week.
To book the villa 35% deposit must be paid.
Cancellation until 45 days prior the arrival day means 35% cancellation fees.
Any cancellation less than 45 days prior arrival means 100% cancellation fees.
The balance of 65% is due 45 days prior to the arrival date.
Balance 65% can be arranged by different payment schedule on request.
On Special Offer prices 100% of the price is due and no cancellation is available.
A security deposit of 900 euro/week of stay is required as soon as the booking is confirmed. If not any damage is made, the security deposit is returned to the guest.

Agios Nikolaos city, with a beautiful lake, is only 20 min. from Elounda. In the area, you will also find all necessary amenities, like supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, seafront taverns and watersports.
