The space

This unique villa offers absolute lavishness and comfort in a living space of 300 sq.m., with 3 en-suite luxurious bedrooms, facing the Aegean Sea and the mountains, open plan living room and dining area, kitchen with all modern facilities, laundry room, 3 bathrooms and WC. Stone, wood and glass are harmoniously blended in open airy spaces, decorated with carefully selected brand furnishing, and high-tech amenities, proving the high quality of the accommodation.
The heated (on extra charge) saltwater pool, surrounded by plenty of outdoor space with lawn, BBQ facilities with external kitchen and a garden full of citrus trees which the guests can enjoy on their stay make this villa a "heaven on earth"!

Ground floor

Built on 2 levels, the villa reveals its majesty from its central entry in a spacious airy open plan living room and dining area. Unobstructed views, high ceilings, large windows and doors allow the warm Greek sun to bathe the home in its light, carrying reflections of nature’s greens and blues to the interior!
A super comfortable L-shaped sofa (converting to a sofa bed for the 8th guest), an HD Smart 55" TV with Netflix, Playstation 5 console, fast Wi-Fi connection of 100 Mbps, individual air-conditioning in all spaces will offer you unique family holiday moments full of joy and entertainment! An elegant dining table is placed in the same space, fitting all family members, so you can enjoy memorable meals, accompanied by the amazing view of the pool and the deep blue of the sea!

The brand new modern and bright kitchen offers contemporary amenities and all kind of appliances, pantry items and kitchenware. Electrical microwave, oven, touch-screen stovetop, espresso machine, dishwasher, and many more will make cooking, just a game!
A laundry room and a modern fully equipped WC serve also the ground floor for even more comfort!

The open plan space offers access to the villa's furnished patio, the pool area and the outdoor dining area with BBQ, through the large balcony doors, giving you the alternative to enjoy unique views either from the interior or the exterior!

First Floor

The first floor hosts the three king-size bedrooms and three en-suite full bathrooms. Every element has been carefully chosen with a commitment to satisfying the senses; everything, down to the tiniest detail exudes an air of luxury, hospitality and absolute comfort!

Anatomic king-size mattresses with top mattresses, double pillows and high quality cotton linen will offer you a unique sleeping experience! All bedrooms have HD Smart TVs, air-conditioning, soundproofing, elegant bedside tables, closets and desks for even more comfort! Especially the Master bedroom offers a spacious walk-in closet for a high level comfort, as well as a single bed with regular mattress, which can host an extra guest.

The spacious balconies, accessed from all bedrooms are literally hanging over the impressive pool area and offer panoramic views of the breathtaking surroundings!

The en-suite bathrooms boast a special design and luxury, with walk-in shower cabins, electrical towel drying racks, high quality cotton towels, organic toiletries and really high aesthetic!

The villa's exterior is extended in three levels, the patio level, the pool level with BBQ area and the garden level with trees and flowers, surrounded by a unique landscape, magical in its natural beauty, ideal for total relaxation and well-being.

The heated (on extra charge) saltwater swimming pool of 90 sq.m. and its crystal clear, turquoise waters, is large and impressive! Luxurious sunbeds with comfortable mattresses, umbrellas, outdoor shower will make this area your favorite spot for all day sunbathing and swimming!

The BBQ area with a big dining table, gas BBQ and kitchen in the shade of a modern pergola, the ping pong table, the table football, the aromas of the Mediterranean plants and the colorful flowers against the backdrop of the lush green lawn, will make you spend the whole day outside, till the sunset creates its own magical setting!

The plot offers absolute privacy and safety, as it is fully fenced and secluded, with a high security automatic electrical gate, lighting in all exterior spaces and shaded parking space for three cars!

Other things to note

✔ Heated pool is offered with advance notice, on extra charge of 70 euro/day and for minimum use of at least 4 days.
✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive. A briefing and a map of the region will be given to you explaining where to go and what to see, depending on your preferences.
✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival some basic goods await you in the villa.
✔ All expenses and taxes of the Villa for the stay time are included in price.
✔ Free Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling or heating.
✔ Cleaning service is offered every three days.
✔ Linen change. Bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh.
✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability.
✔ No pets allowed
✔ Smoking permitted only outdoor spaces
✔ Upon arrival at the villa, we will ask you to present a copy of your passport and fill in the guest form.
✔ The villa is also offered for wedding events.
-The extra cost for the wedding event is 500 Euros up to 100 people
-Wedding Damage Deposit: € 2.000 for 50 guests, € 4.000 for 100 guests
-Music can take place according to the seasonal common 'quiet hours'.
- In case that the people attending in the event/wedding is not more

Terms & Policies

Heated pool is offered with advance notice, on extra charge of 70 euro/day and for minimum use of at least 4 days.
To book the villa 35% deposit must be paid.
Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to the arrival day.
Any cancellation less than 30 days prior arrival means 100% cancellation fees.
The balance of 65% is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Balance 65% can be arranged by different payment schedule on request.
On Special Offer prices 100% of the price is due and no cancellation is available.

Based in the famous village of Plaka in our villa offers the tranquility and exclusive privacy every guest needs on holidays. From the small hilltop you will have amazing views of the blue waters of Souda bay and the wild mountains of Crete!

Within only 800 m., you will reach the square of Plaka with mini market, traditional cafes and really nice taverns! In 2,5 km., you can visit the beautiful village of Almyrida, with a wonderful organized beach, even more cafes, taverns, bars, super markets, banks, e.t.c. and also the village of Kokkino Chorio with its famous hand-made glass factory. All taverns of the area serve traditional dishes that you will never forget!

The area offers unique nature paths of exceptional beauty, so hiking or cycling will be your favorite activity and a great chance to experience the authentic Cretan nature! Do not miss a visit at the famous Elephant Cave, an underwater hall full of stalactites and stalagmites, at 10m. sea deep!

A car is necessary for a stay at the villa!
Only 40 min from Chania city and the Famous Venetian Old town and Port, offering a wide choice of activities for all ages. Bars, cafes, restaurants shops, museums, many archaeological sites. Enjoying the promenade in the old Town of Chania will be unforgettable and the reason that makes all visitors wish to return one day to see it again.
Near to the famous cities of Chania, Rethymno and Georgioupolis for great night and day entertainment but the most important with easy access to the motorway for the most famous sandy beaches of Balos lagoon, Falasarna , Elafonisi and many more.

Sandy famous tropical beaches, many stony scenery smaller ones, little villages, great entertainment places all around the region and most of all friendly people with a great hospitality spirit of Greece makes our place a small paradise you will never forget. The famous sandy beaches of Balos lagoon, Gramvousa island, Falassarna and Elafonisi , on the West Crete are places you Must visit on your holidays. Amazing crystal waters in a daily excursion away from all, will surprise you and make you like to stay and enjoy the best sunset in the Mediterranean with the sun going into the sea, giving us a spectacular and colorful sunset, we could never forget!

The capital Chania City is connected with all major cities of Crete by the national road, the nearest harbor is Souda (5 km) and the nearest airport is Chania Daskalogiannis Airport with code name CHQ (10 km). Heraklion International airport with the code name HER is also convenient (140km).
