Also on the ground floor is the bathroom, equipped with a washing machine and hot water boiler, offering convenience for longer stays and families traveling with children.

Upstairs, the house features two air-conditioned bedrooms furnished with a combination of double and single beds, allowing flexible sleeping arrangements depending on the group. The gallery area provides additional sleeping space without feeling enclosed, making it suitable for children or extra guests.

One of the most distinctive indoor features is the interior patio located on the upper level. Covered with a vine arbor, this space brings natural light and fresh air into the house while maintaining privacy. Just 150 meters from the house, guests can reach the Old Venetian Harbor, the town beach of Koum Kapi, and a charming local square filled with traditional taverns, cafés, and everyday neighborhood life. The beach is ideal for early morning swims, while the square offers dining options throughout the day and evening. All major sights, restaurants, and shops of Chania are easily accessible on foot, making a car unnecessary during the stay.

Guests will have exclusive use of the entire home, arranged over two levels and accessed from a quiet alley in the Old Town. The entrance opens directly into the private courtyard, allowing easy access while maintaining privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. Despite the central location, the surrounding streets remain calm and residential, offering an authentic Old Town experience. Please note that there is one small step at the entrance of the house.

Check-in is carried out in person to ensure a smooth and welcoming arrival. During check-in, we can provide a short briefing of the house along with useful information about nearby shops, restaurants, museums, beaches, gorges, local feasts, and local life in general.

We are also happy to assist with organized or private tours and to share detailed recommendations for places of interest, including what to see, how to get there, and helpful tips to make the most of your stay.

✔ Cleaning service is offered every once a week for stays up to 7 days and more.
✔ Linen change. Bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh for stays up to 7days and more.
✔ Early check-in and late check-out are possible upon request and subject to availability.
✔ Smoking is permitted only in outdoor spaces
