Practical built in storage keeps everything organized. For maximum comfort, there is a SEPARATE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT in the bedroom. The room also includes the added privacy of a PRIVATE EN SUITE SHOWER ROOM finished in textured neutral tiles with soft ambient lighting and a sleek GLASS ENCLOSED SHOWER.

BEDROOM 2 is bright and relaxing, styled with the same warm contemporary details and designed for great sleep with ANATOMIC MATTRESSES, EXCELLENT QUALITY LINENS, and gentle bedside lighting. It offers built in storage with hanging space and a simple vanity shelf with mirror for getting ready. This bedroom also has its own SEPARATE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT. The room opens directly onto a small private BALCONY TERRACE, perfect for a quiet coffee, a few minutes of fresh air, or winding down in the evening.

The open plan LIVING ROOM and KITCHEN create an easy, social space to unwind together. The living area includes comfortable seating, AIR CONDITIONING, and a WALL MOUNTED TV for relaxed evenings in. The modern, fully equipped KITCHEN is designed for real cooking, with a FULL SIZE FRIDGE FREEZER, OVEN AND STOVETOP, MICROWAVE, and DISHWASHER, plus generous counter space. Start your day with an ESPRESSO MACHINE, and enjoy meals at the DINING TABLE FOR FOUR. A special touch is the tableware, with HANDMADE CERAMIC PLATES AND CUPS that make even a simple breakfast feel a little more memorable.

You are only 40 m FROM NEA CHORA BEACH, very easy to pop back and forth in minutes for a morning swim, a midday break, or a sunset stroll. NEA CHORA is one of Chania’s most loved seaside areas, known for its relaxed local vibe, its long sandy beach with generally calm waters, and the scenic waterfront promenade. Along the seafront, you will find traditional tavernas and excellent seafood options, plus cafés, mini markets, and everything you need day to day. It is also an easy walk to the OLD TOWN and the Venetian Harbour when you want more sightseeing, shopping, and nightlife, while still returning to a quieter coastal neighbourhood at the end of the day.

A dedicated PRIVATE PARKING SPOT is included, making arrivals simple and giving you the freedom to explore Crete by car without worrying about finding parking when you return. Please note that you will need to CLIMB STAIRS TO REACH THE APARTMENT. At the TOP OF THE STAIRS you will find the WASHING MACHINE for your use, ideal for longer stays or beach days. GUEST ACCESS

Guests have EXCLUSIVE USE of the entire apartment, including the OPEN PLAN LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN, both BEDROOMS, the MAIN BATHROOM, and the PRIVATE EN SUITE SHOWER ROOM in Bedroom 1, as well as all private outdoor spaces including the SEA VIEW BALCONY and the BALCONY TERRACE off Bedroom 2. Access to the apartment requires climbing STAIRS. At the TOP OF THE STAIRS you will also find the WASHING MACHINE available for guest use. A DEDICATED PRIVATE PARKING SPOT on the premises is included.

If you do have a car, a PRIVATE PARKING SPOT is included, making day trips around Crete simple and stress free.
