Our brand-new cosy apartment comfortably accommodates UP TO 3 GUESTS and is thoughtfully designed to feel bright, relaxing and practical, combining modern coastal aesthetics with the comfort needed for both short and longer stays.

The main sleeping area features a comfortable DOUBLE BED with supportive ANATOMIC MATTRESS, EXCELLENT QUALITY LINENS and soft ambient lighting, creating a calm atmosphere for restful nights. Large windows allow abundant natural light to enter throughout the day while maintaining a warm and relaxing feeling. The 3rd guest can sleep on the comfortable SOFA BED located in the living area.

The open plan LIVING AREA and KITCHEN create an inviting and functional space just steps from the sea. The living area includes comfortable seating, SMART TV, AIR CONDITIONING and direct access to the private SEA VIEW BALCONY. The fully equipped KITCHEN includes a FULL SIZE FRIDGE, OVEN AND STOVETOP, ESPRESSO MACHINE, KETTLE and all essential kitchenware for easy meal preparation during your stay.

The modern BATHROOM is finished with contemporary neutral tones and includes a spacious GLASS ENCLOSED SHOWER, modern sink area and quality amenities designed for comfort and simplicity. A WASHING MACHINE is also available, ideal for longer stays and beach holidays.

Outdoor living is one of the highlights of the apartment. Step onto the private BALCONY and enjoy calming SEA VIEWS and the sound of the waves only moments away. The balcony is ideal for a morning coffee, relaxed breakfast or an evening drink after the beach while enjoying the peaceful coastal atmosphere.

Located directly across GALATAS BEACH, literally around 10 FEET FROM THE SEA, the apartment offers one of the best seaside locations in the area. You can walk from the apartment to the sandy beach within seconds for swimming, sunbathing or sunset walks along the coast. The area offers a relaxed local atmosphere while still being very close to Chania city center.

Along the seafront, you will find traditional tavernas and excellent seafood options, plus cafés, mini markets, and everything you need day to day, within WALKING distance from our apartment.

PARKING on the main street OUTSIDE of the apartment is convenient, making arrivals simple and allowing you to explore Chania and the rest of Crete comfortably by car.

Fresh TOWELS, QUALITY LINENS, WiFi and all essential amenities are provided to ensure a comfortable seaside stay. Please note that you will need to CLIMB STAIRS TO REACH THE APARTMENT.

Guest access
Guests have EXCLUSIVE USE of the entire apartment, including the OPEN PLAN LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN, the BEDROOM, the BATHROOM, as well as all private outdoor spaces including the SEA VIEW BALCONY. Access to the apartment requires climbing STAIRS. Inside you will find also the WASHING MACHINE. A PARKING SPOT on the main street outside of the apartment is very convenient.

✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival, some basic goods await you in the apartment.
✔ All expenses and taxes of the apartment for the stay time are included in the price.

✔ Cleaning service is offered every once a week for stays up to 7 days and more.
✔ Linen change. Bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh for stays up to 7days and more.
✔ Early check-in and late check-out are possible upon request and subject to availability.

✔ Smoking is permitted only in outdoor spaces
