The space

The impressive maisonette of 130 sq.m. in Armenoi village, spread in two levels, boasting spacious exteriors with pool area, and many furnished spots, offering unforgettable views of the Cretan wild landscape. The three bedrooms with the two bathrooms promise the ultimate comfort and restfulness we all seek on our holidays. The village as a part of the grand resort area of kalyves offers taverns, minimarkets and cafes within a short walking distance from the villa. Kalyves Resort, with its famous sandy beach, accommodates many fish-restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets and all you may seek to fulfill your expectations for superb holidays.

Indoor Layout

Main Floor

As we reach the plot of the modern maisonette, with an intimate character we are entering the main entrance of Casa Di Calma Villa with the pool area and the loungers. Reaching the house with the open plan spacious living room and the modern contemporary kitchen we right feel the luxuriant of the construction. The beautiful decoration with the soft colors, and the minimal, modern style are the features that make the space warm to all guests. All villa’s areas are covered by high-speed Wi-Fi connection.

The long, L-shaped sofa, the LCD Smart TV of 55" and the individual air conditioning system will be your favorite spot on your breaks from swimming and sunbathing under the Cretan Sun. The airy and light kitchen, with a wooden dining table in modern style, offers all necessary and contemporary appliances to prove your friends and family your cooking skills and prepare your favorite recipes.

Alternatively, you may choose to have your meal on the modern style dinning table on the ground floor veranda, accessed from this level. The big dining table for six guests next to the pool, will create moments and memories for your friends and family.

The main floor hosts one bedroom with a king size bed, big open closet, individual air conditioning system for a super comfortable stay, among with a desk space if you want to work peacefully during your holidays.

The separate full bathroom with shower cabinet will be and advance for staying at this house level.

First Floor

Ascending the staircase up to the first floor, we find a second king size bedroom, with individual air conditioning system, open closet, plain colors and summer style decoration. A delightful surprise awaits the guests of this bedroom: a modern living room to the upper balcony, accessed from this bedroom, to offer moments of unique pleasure, accompanied by the magic view of the Cretan countryside. During sunset time, you will have the chance to enjoy a unique painting that nature has created.

Moving ahead, we find the third bedroom with two single beds that can be arranged and as king size bed with individual air conditioning system, open closet, a desk space for working time and access to the veranda.

In the same level of this floor, we find the second bathroom of this property with a shower cabinet and wooden details around it casting air of luxury. Fluffy towels, personal hygiene items and other accessories are offered for free to the guests.

Outdoor Layout

In addition to the luxurious interior, the exterior space will be your peaceful of mind! The pool area with the outdoor shower and super modern and comfortable sunbeds will make you feel like being in heaven. Endless hours of swimming and sunbathing, refreshing drinks next to the pool while preparing all the Cretan delicacies at the Villas’ gas BBQ.

Near to the famous cities of Chania, Rethymno and Georgioupolis for great night and day entertainment but the most important with easy access to the motorway for the most famous sandy beaches of Balos lagoon, Falasarna , Elafonisi and many more.

Sandy famous tropical beaches, many stony scenery smaller ones, little villages, great entertainment places all around the region and most of all friendly people with a great hospitality spirit of Greece makes our place a small paradise you will never forget. The famous sandy beaches of Balos lagoon, Gramvousa island, Falassarna and Elafonisi , on the West Crete are places you Must visit on your holidays. Amazing crystal waters in a daily excursion away from all, will surprise you and make you like to stay and enjoy the best sunset in the Mediterranean with the sun going into the sea, giving us a spectacular and colorful sunset, we could never forget!
