The space

Our Brand-New Luxury Villa Carpos is an architectural and aesthetic gem, sited in the famous resort area of the Akrotiri peninsula. Built among olive trees, on a completely private land of 5500 sq.m., it offers all guests the ultimate luxury and elegant living on their holidays. All spaces of the villa are designed in a special way to offer comfort and relaxation and an easy way of living! Wonderful views of the sunrises and sunsets in accordance with the wild landscape of Akrotiri with the herbs and the bushes will give you just one thing, peaceful moments! The area offers a variety of amazing sandy beaches, as well as taverns, restaurants, shopping and supermarkets and soft music bars within walking distance of the villa.

Indoor Layout

The villa consists of two levels in a total living area of 220 sq.m., boasting a grand open plan living room, 4 luxurious en-suite bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a WC. In the ground floor the large balcony doors create a bright and airy atmosphere! Minimal decorated with all the comforts of a modern living room the brand sofa and the oak table, the 65" Smart Led 4K TV with Netflix, the Stereo Bluetooth Home Cinema, the fully equipped kitchen ready to prepare any kind of meal and the elegant dinner table overlooking at the pool area, will satisfy even the most demanding guest. The fully air-conditioned areas and the fast Wi-Fi connection offer you even more relaxation and comfort!

Ground Floor

Bedrooms are all en-suite with individual air-conditioning system, fast Wi-Fi access, wardrobes for all guests, super comfortable anatomic brand mattresses and pillows, access to a balcony or a patio with design chairs for relaxing and enjoying the view and the quietness.
The bedroom on the ground floor, with super anatomic king-size bed and en-suite shower bathroom offers easy access to the pool area and all the ground floor facilities of the villa!

First Floor

On the first floor, we find the Master bedroom, as well as two more similar bedrooms. The Master one boasts an extra king-size bed, a super anatomic mattress and an En-suite bathroom equipped with an impressive freestyle bath and separate shower for the simultaneous use of the guests.
The other two bedrooms of this level offer two single beds arranged as an extra king size and an attic with one more single bed, ready to accommodate 3 guests each with all the comforts. Both these bedrooms have also En-suite bathrooms with showers.

Outdoor Layout

The fenced and totally private land of the villa with the gardens, the pool area and the unique external dining area with the BBQ and the kitchenette, will make your outdoor living easy and comfortable.
Enjoy swimming in a private heated pool of 70 sq.m. with separate children's section, relax and suntan in the comfortable lounges and sunbeds equipped with comfortable mattresses, play and enjoy with your kids in the lawn, have a drink in the sofas and outdoor lounge of the villa, prepare your favorite meal in the BBQ, enjoy eating in the outdoor dining area and ...live what life is!

Guest access

Guests have access to all inside and outside spaces of the villa! There is an open space living room, 4 bedrooms ,5 bathrooms, a land of 5300 square meters full of olive oil trees, 1 private pool with children's section, private parking space for many cars, garden and many more.

Other things to note

✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive. A briefing and a map of the region will be given to you explaining where to go and what to see, depending on your preferences.
✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival some basic goods await you in the villa.
✔ Pool heating is on request. An extra fee of 70 euro applies for the pool heating per day.
✔ All expenses and taxes of the Villa for the stay time are included in price
✔ Free Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling or heating.
✔ Cleaning service is offered every three days.
✔ Linen change. Bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh.
✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability.
✔ No pets allowed
✔ Smoking permitted only outdoor spaces
✔ Upon arrival at the villa, we will ask you to present a copy of your passport and fill in the guest form.

Minimum stay policy

The minimum stay at the villa is 7 nights.

Terms & Policies

A heated pool is offered for the months April, May and October. The cost of the pool is not included in the booking price.
The heated pool, for an extra charge of 70 euros/day, can be used upon advance request and it requires at least one week's advance notice.
To book the villa 35% deposit must be paid.
The balance of 65% is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to the arrival day.
No refund for cancellation less than 30 days prior the arrival day
A security deposit of 500 euro is required as soon as the booking is confirmed. If not any damage is done, the security deposit is returned to the guest on check-out.

In West Crete is sited the city of Chania Capital of the same name Region. Old port of Chania is surely one of the most visited places on the island, build by the Venetians with trademark the Egyptian lighthouse in the entrance of the port. Many museums, churches, Byzantine monasteries, Minoan ruins are some of the attractions and places of interest near the city.

The villa is sited in the Akrotiri Cape Area, one of the most popular areas of Chania, the villa's location is a striking advantage for your holidays!
The area offers many sandy beaches in 5min drive with the most famous of Kalathas and Stavros with the two famous beaches of the "Lagoon" and the "Ocean". Swimming experience in all these organized beaches with umbrellas and sunbeds, snack bars, and soft music bars will make your all day stay at the beach necessary. Seitan Beach will be an amazing adventure swimming experience for young people, as you will need a 10 min hike in the mountain to revel it.

Many Supermarkets, cafes, shops, taverns and restaurants are presented in the area which is a part of the Akrotiri cape with major town of Kounoupidiana (5km,10min) where you can find anything you like for your holidays. Moreover, all kinds of shops, supermarkets, grocery, taverns, butchers, banks, post, doctor, dentist, pharmacy and many more exist there.

Many more sandy beaches are within a very short drive time distance where you can also enjoy the landscape of Crete!

Getting around

A car is necessary for a stay at the villa!
Only 20 min from Chania city and the Famous Venetian Old town and Port, offering a wide choice of activities for all ages. Bars, cafes, restaurants shops, museums, many archaeological sites. Enjoying the promenade in the old Town of Chania will be unforgettable and the reason that makes all visitors wish to return one day to see it again.
Near to the famous cities of Chania, Rethymno and Georgioupolis for great night and day entertainment but the most important with easy access to the motorway for the most famous sandy beaches of Balos lagoon, Falasarna , Elafonisi and many more.

Sandy famous tropical beaches, many stony scenery smaller ones, little villages, great entertainment places all around the region and most of all friendly people with a great hospitality spirit of Greece makes our place a small paradise you will never forget. The famous sandy beaches of Balos lagoon, Gramvousa island, Falassarna and Elafonisi , on the West Crete are places you Must visit on your holidays. Amazing crystal waters in a daily excursion away from all, will surprise you and make you like to stay and enjoy the best sunset in the Mediterranean with the sun going into the sea, giving us a spectacular and colorful sunset, we could never forget!
