This minimalist ground-floor apartment accommodates up to four guests, with two in the bedroom and two on the comfortable sofa bed. Thoughtfully designed with an emphasis on simplicity, natural light, and functionality, it offers a serene retreat after a day spent discovering the charming alleys of Chania.

THE SPACE

The GROUND FLOOR apartment can accommodate UP TO 4 GUESTS, with a DOUBLE BED in the main sleeping area and a COMFORTABLE CORNER SOFA in the living room that can be prepared as an additional sleeping space for TWO MORE GUESTS. This setup is ideal for couples, families with children or friends who wish to share the space.

The bedroom area is elegantly designed and separated from the living room by a GLASS WALL that maintains an open, airy feeling. For privacy when needed, the space includes a GLASS DOOR AND CURTAIN. A SPACIOUS BUILT-IN CLOSET offers ample storage for clothes, luggage and personal items.

The living room provides a cozy atmosphere with the CORNER SOFA and a 50’’ SMART FLAT-SCREEN TV, creating a comfortable setting for relaxation. The thoughtfully designed KITCHENETTE includes an INDUCTION COOKTOP, SMALL FRIDGE, MICROWAVE, KETTLE, ESPRESSO MACHINE and TOASTER, offering all the essentials for preparing breakfast or light meals.

The modern bathroom features a RAINFALL SHOWER and a SMART TOILET SYSTEM that neutralizes odors instantly. A STATE-OF-THE-ART AIR PURIFICATION SYSTEM continuously renews and filters indoor air, ensuring a FRESH, CLEAN AND HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT even with windows closed.

The apartment is fully AIR-CONDITIONED and equipped with HIGH-SPEED WIFI. Guests enjoy EXCLUSIVE USE of the space, located on the GROUND FLOOR with DIRECT ACCESS FROM A QUIET ALLEY in Chania’s old town. Please note that THERE IS NO WASHING MACHINE IN THE APARTMENT, but several laundromats are available within a short walking distance.

Perfect for COUPLES, FAMILIES, SOLO TRAVELERS or FRIENDS, the apartment includes BED LINENS, TOWELS and BASIC TOILETRIES. The building was completely RENOVATED IN 2025, offering a fresh and modern environment. A car is not required as most attractions are within WALKING DISTANCE, and the SEA is only 200–300 METERS AWAY, allowing easy access to the Venetian Harbor.

Staying in CHANIA OLD TOWN means enjoying charming pedestrian alleys, traditional architecture and historic surroundings. The area offers an abundance of RESTAURANTS, CAFÉS, WINE BARS, SHOPS and cultural landmarks such as the VENETIAN LIGHTHOUSE, SHIPYARDS and OLD MARKET — all just steps away.

Guest access

Guests will have exclusive use of the entire apartment, which is located on the GROUND FLOOR with DIRECT ACCESS FROM A QUIET ALLEY in the heart of the old town. This makes it easy to come and go while still enjoying the authentic charm of Chania’s historic streets.
