The space

The apartment accommodates up to FOUR GUESTS. The bedroom features a DOUBLE BED that can also be separated into TWO SINGLE BEDS, offering flexibility for couples, friends, or families.

 In the LIVING ROOM, a spacious SOFA BED comfortably sleeps TWO ADDITIONAL GUESTS. The bedroom also includes a SPACIOUS CLOSET, modern lighting, and a GLASS DOOR with a curtain that separates it from the rest of the apartment. This feature allows you to enjoy an open-plan layout during the day, with natural light flowing through, while still having the option to close the curtain and glass door at night for FULL PRIVACY, SOUND REDUCTION, and a more COZY, INTIMATE ATMOSPHERE.

The LIVING ROOM is bright and inviting, furnished with a CORNER SOFA and a 50’’ SMART FLAT-SCREEN TV. The DINING AREA provides a modern table with seating for four, while the KITCHENETTE is fully equipped with an INDUCTION COOKTOP, SMALL FRIDGE, MICROWAVE OVEN, KETTLE, ESPRESSO MACHINE, and TOASTER, amenities that allow you the freedom to prepare a light meal or enjoy your favourite coffee in the comfort of your apartment.

The BATHROOM features a modern RAINFALL SHOWER and a SMART TOILET SYSTEM that absorbs odors directly, preventing smells from spreading into other apartment areas. Another highlight is the STATE-OF-THE-ART AIR PURIFICATION SYSTEM, which continuously renews and filters indoor air. Even with windows closed, the system ensures a FRESH, HEALTHY, AND COMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT throughout your stay.

This apartment is ideal for COUPLES, SOLO TRAVELERS, OR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN, offering comfort and flexibility for different types of stays. It comes fully prepared with BED LINENS, TOWELS, and BASIC TOILETRIES, while the entire building was RENOVATED IN 2025, ensuring a fresh and modern environment throughout. A car is not necessary, as you’ll find most of Chania’s highlights within WALKING DISTANCE. Even better, the apartment is just 200–300 METERS FROM THE SEA, making the VENETIAN HARBOR WATERFRONT easily accessible within a few minutes on foot.

Guest access

Guests will have exclusive use of the entire apartment, which is located on the 1st floor and accessed via a private staircase with led lighting leading directly to the entrance door. This provides both safety and convenience, while still allowing you to enjoy the authentic charm of Chania’s historic old town just outside your door.

The apartment is designed to accommodate up to FOUR GUESTS, with a flexible bedroom setup and a comfortable SOFA BED in the living room. It is ideally suited for COUPLES, SOLO TRAVELERS, FRIENDS, or SMALL FAMILIES. BED LINENS, TOWELS, and BASIC TOILETRIES are provided, and the building was completely RENOVATED IN 2025, ensuring a clean, modern feel throughout.

Please note that THERE IS NO WASHING MACHINE IN THE APARTMENT, but several laundromats are located nearby within short walking distance for your convenience.

A car is not needed, as most attractions, restaurants, cafés, and the sea are within WALKING DISTANCE.
