The spaceAnna Boutique Villa is a minimal and modern two-level villa, with a wonderful garden, BBQ area, heated pool (on extra charge), four spacious bedrooms, and balconies, offering unique views of the mountains and the Aegean Sea! Indoor Layout

Ground Floor

Entering the luxurious villa of 240 sq.m., on the ground floor, we find ourselves in an open plan space, with big balcony doors, offering plenty of sunlight and a wonderful view of the pool and the garden of the villa. A very spacious L-shaped sofa that fits the whole family, an HD 55"TV with free Netflix and other satellite channels, air-conditioning, and a fast Wi-Fi connection will offer you an "oasis" of relaxation!

A modern, long dining table is placed in the same space, as well as a dedicated working space, with an ergonomic chair.
The contemporary kitchen, with an island table, is fully equipped with all the necessary pantry items, kitchenware, and high-tech appliances: dishwasher, microwave, double oven with stovetop, kettle, toaster, espresso machine, and other facilities that will make cooking just a game!

The ground floor, which is decorated with vivid colors and beautiful decorative details, hosts also one of the four bedrooms. King-size bed, double pillows, HD TV, spacious closet, air-conditioning, and a balcony with a wonderful sea view!

Also, a bathroom with a shower cabinet, fully equipped with towels and toiletries.

First Floor

The first floor hosts three more bedrooms two of them with a king-size bed and one with two single beds. The same top-quality facilities in all bedrooms will offer you absolute relaxation: anatomic mattresses, double pillows, air-conditioning, HD TVs, spacious closets and bedside tables, and spacious furnished balconies, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink!

The Master bathroom, with a circular bathtub, washer, and dryer, fully equipped with organic toiletries is also on the first floor.

Outdoor Layout

The well-maintained lawn garden with several plants and trees, the pool with sunbeds (heated at extra cost), the comfortable long dining table under the shade of a weeping willow, and the BBQ facilities (wood oven, charcoal BBQ and external sink) will make your outdoor living a unique experience, you will never forget!

Guest accessGuests have access to all inside and outside spaces of the villa, an open space living room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private pool, BBQ facilities, a garden, a patio, and many more.

Other things to note

✔ The heating of the pool is offered for an extra charge of 50 euros/day and requires a minimum use of 4 days and advance notice.
✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive. A briefing and a map of the region will be given to you explaining where to go and what to see, depending on your preferences.
✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival, some basic goods await you in the villa.
✔ All expenses and taxes of the Villa for the stay time are included in the price.
✔ Free Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling, or heating.
✔ Cleaning service is offered every three to four days.
✔ Linen change. Bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh.
✔ Early check-in and late check-out are possible upon request and subject to availability.
✔ No pets allowed
✔ Smoking is permitted only in outdoor spaces
✔ Upon arrival at the villa, we will ask you to present a copy of your passport and fill in the guest form.
