The space

The luxury villa stands in a paradise olive grove in the beautiful mountain village of Nopigia in Kissamos, offering easy access to many traditional villages, as well as the emerald beaches of Falassarna, Balos and Elafonisi, the hot spots of Crete!

The spacious interior, boasting a modern design and elegant decoration, offers all the facilities for a comfortable and relaxing stay! Sited on the front side of the complex, the villa offers magnificent views of the sea and the surrounding area. The private pool, the grass-covered garden with Mediterranean trees, the imposing mountains of Kissamos and the unparalleled beauty of the amazing sunsets will fill your heart with the ultimate euphoria!

The two-floor villa hosts up to 7 guests in an interior space of 120 sq.m. with unique architecture and all the contemporary comforts!

Indoor Layout

Main Floor

The main entrance leads to an open space with a big living room, a kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom.

The modern kitchen offers all necessary facilities in order for you to spend endless hours cooking for your family and friends! From this area, is offered access to the main terrace of the villa, as well as magnificent sea view, which you will enjoy while you are preparing your delicacies!
The living room with the comfortable large sofa, elegantly decorated in soft colors, features a modern fireplace, LCD TV with DVD player, books and board games. A huge wall-to-wall window offers a view of the entire pool, giving the sense that it is situated in the living room! The big balcony door leads to the pool and the central veranda!

The veranda is very spacious, equipped with a dining table, perfect for the whole family to gather and experience unique moments accompanied by incredible sea and sunset views!

Back to the main interior, the villa features a unique architectural element: a glass corridor connects the living room with the area of the bedrooms to the rest of the house.
At the end of the corridor, you will find two bedrooms and the main bathroom: the Master bedroom features a king-size bed with super anatomic mattress and high-quality linens and bed covers for ultimate relaxation. A modern sitting area in one corner, beautiful paintings and tasteful decorative items create a hospitable atmosphere!
The second king-size bedroom is decorated in light colors, with a direct view to the impressive glass corridor!
Both bedrooms offer access to a balcony with outdoor furniture and a view of the pool area and the wonderful sunset.

The elegant and luxurious Master bathroom, which serves the two bedrooms, features a bathtub with shower.

Ground Floor

Descending to the lower level, there is a second sitting area with a comfortable sofa-bed for the 7th guest, as well as the third bedroom with king-size bed and a modern, en-suite bathroom. The guests staying on this floor are also going to enjoy a relaxing and restful stay! Furthermore, a utility room with a washing machine and iron with ironing board is an extra facility for even more comfort!

The entire villa has a central heating/cooling system with autonomous control in each room!

Outdoor Layout

What you are going to love in this villa is the private pool with the comfortable sunbeds, facing the endless blue of the Aegean Sea at midday, the amazing purple of the sky at sunset, as well as the beautiful olive groves of Nopigia village!

Last but not least, the large courtyard around the villa, covered with tiles and surrounded by flowers and olive trees, features a BBQ which is going to be the favorite spot for your family gatherings! The kids will also love this space, as they will spend endless hours of carefree play in absolute safety and privacy, protected by a stone fence and a large safety gate!

Either you spend your time on the spacious veranda, or the beautiful garden or enjoy sunbathing by your pool, the amazing surroundings will fill your soul and mind with feelings of happiness and joy!

✔ Cleaning service is offered every three to four days.

Kasteli city is only 4 km., and offers all the amenities you are going to need during your holidays (many shops, banks, taverns, cafes and health center).

The most important advantage of the villa's location is the easy access to the most famous beaches of Crete! From Kasteli, you can take the boat to the spectacular lagoon of Balos, known as the Caribbean of the Mediterranean, or drive to the exotic Elafonisi beach with the pink sand, or Falassarna beach with emerald waters!
